We are writing to express our appreciation to the Bullock Company for the accessibility modifications and renovations recently completed on our house. We were so impressed with Cliff at our initial meeting that we hoped his quote would be competitive because we were convinced he was the right choice for the job. It was refreshing to have a contractor tell us things we might not want to hear. Cliff was straightforward about how the project would proceed. He quickly and accurately provided us with a quote for the work.

Once the project got underway, we greatly appreciated how accommodating Cliff was as we tried to maintain our everyday living with three young children, one of whom is disabled. When the front entrance to our home was ripped apart to install the handicap ramp, Cliff made sure that our son, who requires the use of a wheelchair, always had a way in and out of the house. At one point, when the wood floors were refinished, he had his staff shovel a path through the snow to the back door.

We were also impressed with how readily available Cliff was to discuss any concerns or questions we had throughout the project. We even called Cliff on Thanksgiving morning, expecting to leave a voice message. But he answered his cell phone and spent time discussing some electrical questions we had. Whenever we needed to make changes to the original plan, he always considered our ideas and promptly returned with a price. He was very conscientious about safety as well.

We were also very pleased with the subcontractors Cliff used. They arrived when Cliff said they would. They were pleasant, friendly, and accommodating to our family. They did excellent work and cleaned up their work area when they were done.

Needless to say, the renovations look great. We got use of our kitchen back by Christmas as promised. We are enjoying our new family room, and getting our son in and out of the house has never been easier. We look forward to working with Cliff again in the future when we modify out bathroom to be handicap accessible.
